Overall: 10/10 Exceptional. Boldest new flavor profile on the market. Rolling stone says “you’d miss your daughter’s recital for this”. With the addition of soy sauce and gochujang, it really is a party in your mouth that feels like you’re watching uncle Vinny and uncle Pauly argue over the TV remote but at the same time also feels like you’re playing cards in an illegal, back alley game of poker in Seoul. It’s traditional but modern at the same time. You won’t want to miss the sauce of the year. The mouth numbness of the gochujang paired with the familiar notes of your favorite nonnas vodka sauce will make you want to go back for your third bowl even though your wife told you stop because she didn’t want to hear you complain about being too full and having bubble gut.
